Owner of Craft Reform
I’m Jay, the owner of Craft Reform. My background is in hands-on painting and property improvements, a craft I learned through generations of my family. That experience taught me how much careful preparation, attention to detail and pride in your work matter to the finished result.
I started Craft Reform to help homeowners and business owners bring their ideas to life from start to finish, whether they’re refreshing a room or taking on a larger renovation. As a family-oriented business, our approach is straightforward: listen to what our clients want, communicate clearly and transparently, and always treat their homes as if they were our own.
I want every customer to feel comfortable asking questions and confident in the work being done. My goal is to deliver a finished space at a fair and reasonable price, without the high costs often associated with larger companies and without sacrificing quality. It’s work you can be proud of—and workmanship I’m proud to put my family name behind.

The scope is clear from the start
We put the agreed work, materials and price in a written estimate. You can ask questions and understand what is included before deciding to move ahead with Craft Reform.
Changes are a conversation
If you want to add something, or we uncover an issue that affects the work, we explain the options and any additional cost. We get your approval before proceeding with changes to the agreed scope.
We respect the home around the work
Care starts before the first coat of paint or piece of flooring. We protect nearby floors, furniture and surfaces, keep the work area organized and clean up as we go.
Preparation gets our attention
Our roots are in hands-on painting and property improvements. That means we care about the repairs and preparation beneath the finish, as well as the edges, surfaces and details you see every day.
We keep talking through to the finish
We agree on an expected schedule, communicate changes and review the completed work with you. The final walkthrough is your chance to ask questions and agree on any remaining items with us.
